As the CEO and Founder of The Hello Studios, Jen has led various innovative projects, empowering educational institutions and non-profits to build capacity, improve outreach, and create sustainable impact.

This boutique consultancy houses all of Jen’s advisory roles and speaking engagements. Using her passion to inspire and earned expertise, she also helps non-profit organizations create programs, strategies, and systems for educational transformation.

Rebuilding the station’s strategic outreach and educational initiatives under a new brand “iQ smartmedia”, Jen used a variety of platforms to launch “iQZoo”, “iQKidsRadio, and the Emmy ® award-winning talk show series, “iQ: smartparent”. She expanded STEM and literacy programs across the region, impacting thousands of children, parents, and educators.

Executive Director

Girls, Math and Science Partnership | 2005 – 2010

At the Girls, Math and Science Partnership, Jen created and launched an international non-profit with equity at its core. It resulted in programs like “Click!’, “BrainCake.org”, GirlTalk Radio, its own product “CanTEEN”, and professional development kits and training called “The Girl Solution” all helping to “change the world, one girl at a time”.

Jen’s early career includes the opening of two major museums in the Southeast US where she designed engaging exhibits, programs, and outreach opportunities across Alabama and North Carolina.  Both are still thriving today.

Jen has her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, as well as Master’s work (all but research defense) in Animal Behavior.
